Q: How do I order a perfume?

A: Please use the navigation bar on the left side of the screen and pick a perfume brand name you would like to buy. Then you will see all the perfumes we offer from that brand and you can choose which one to order by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. The selected perfume will go to your shopping cart. If you would like to buy another perfume, you can continue browsing the brand names on the left side of the screen and add the perfumes you wish to the cart. Finally, on the right you will see the number of items you have added to your cart. You should click on the "View & Checkout" button to complete the purchase.

 

Q: How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

A: We ship all perfumes as soon as we receive your order. Depending on your location, it can take up to 3 weeks for your perfume to arrive at the shipping address you have specified.

 

Q: How do I pay if I do not have a PayPal account?

A: Do not worry, you can still place an order with PayPal and use your credit card on their secure payments page. You will have the option to login to your PayPal account or create a new one with your credit  card. Choose to option to create an account with PayPal and then you may complete your order.

 

Q: How do I return a product?

A: We accept returns if the perfume cover and package remains intact. Please use the Returns section of our website in order to send us a return request.
